Structure and working principle:
 The equipment consists of rack, motor, pulley reducer, long axis and electrical control part and so on. Its working principle is the motor drive belt deceleration device, make the long axis do uniform rotation, which led the grinding jar to rotate.
Steps:
1, prepare the powder first, put the powder into the grinding tank according to a certain proportion (Note: The ratio of general material: ball: water is 1: 4: 0.8, the data is only for reference, the user can adjust according to the actual situation), and then put the rubber stopper tightly on the friction wheel of two long axes. The distance between the grinding wheel and the long axis can be adjusted freely according to the length and diameter of the grinding pot. After adjusting, screw tightly and tight the bearing.
2. Turn on the power and press the start button. The grinding jar rotates with the grinding wheel. The milling time is determined by the user. Press the stop button after reaching the time, the motor stops rotating. Remove the grinding jar and open the rubber stopper to pour out the material.
