Working principle:
Device Configuration:
1. Melting furnace: the highest operating temperature is 1300°C
2. Quartz glass tube: inner diameter 6mm, outer diameter 8mm, length 400mm.
3. Vernier caliper: measuring range is 0mm~150mm, accuracy is 0.02mm.
Sample preparation
. Take a celluloid table tennis ball and a quartz glass tube, heat one end of the tube to about 250°C, insert it into the center of the table tennis ball while it is hot, and then glue the table tennis ball to the glass tube firmly with wax (such as beeswax) And sealed.
. Coat the sample module in six layers according to the general shell-making process or according to the regulations of the special production process.
. The sample is roasted after being dried for 24 hours. Put it into the furnace at less than 100°C, first slowly raise the temperature to 250°C~300°C, keep it warm for a period of time to vaporize the ping pong ball, and then gradually raise the temperature to 900°C (water glass, quartz shell is 750°C), Keep it warm for 2h, then drop to below 300°C and get out.
