PKT-N530 Air Permeability  Analyzer can tests the O2, CO2, N2 etc. gas transmission rate of plastic film, composite film, aluminum foil, thin sheets, rubber, porcelain, solar panel, medical patch and so on.

Working Principle

Differential-pressure method. Test sample separates test chamber into upper room and lower room, between which keeps a constant pressure difference (100KPa). Gas molecules penetrate through sample from higher pressure room into lower pressure room; measure the pressure change in lower pressure room and calculate gas transmission rate.
