Technical features
1. 39 samples can be staked out at one time (78 samples optional). The instrument can automatically send samples, place samples, and cycle tests. After the stakeout, the entire process does not require manual operation. Samples can be added, removed, and replaced at any time during the analysis process. ;
2. Adopting a horizontal structure, the instrument can be placed on the laboratory table to facilitate customer operation;
3. Using advanced PID algorithm for temperature control, the temperature control accuracy of the furnace can reach ±1°C, and the temperature control accuracy of the constant temperature chamber and gas storage tank can reach ±0.1°C;
4. The absolute pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure of the entire gas circuit of the instrument, and the air tightness of the entire gas circuit, as well as the furnace, infrared pool, thermal conductivity pool, and gas storage tank can be automatically tested;
5. The instrument uses infrared spectrum absorption method to measure carbon content and hydrogen content, and uses thermal conductivity method to measure nitrogen content;
6. The test speed is fast and the degree of automation is high. The time to test carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen is about 4 minutes;
7. During the experiment, you can select the "Automatically cool down after the experiment is completed" option. After the experiment is completed, the computer will automatically shut down and the instrument will automatically cool down. It can be left unattended and does not require personnel to manually cool down and shut down after the test is completed;
8. Experiment reports can be prepared according to customer requirements, reducing the customer's workload;
9. It can be connected to the laboratory management system to realize the backup and upload of test results without leaving the balance data.
