PA-6000ldwa Dry & Wet Dispersion Particle Size Analyzer, 0.01µ M~3000µ MPA-6000LDWA laser particle size distribution analyzer is a high-end particle size analyzer, which integrates dry and wet testing. The wet dispersion system can test conventional samples and emulsion-type slurries. Materials, powders and readily soluble samples. The instrument has advanced optical design, according to ISO13320 and other standards, uses Labgeni's (unconstrained) free distribution mode to calculate particle size distribution, ensuring that each particle size reaches the highest resolution, and fully detects the subtle differences in details of each particle size. PA-6000LDWA works with both liquid and dry dispersing system
-The dry system includes host,auxiliary equipment( including vacuum, waste powder collecting can, air purification tank) and quiet air compressor.
-The wet system includes ultrasonic dispersion, mechanical agitation, circulation etc.
-Just click the mouse to shift between liquid and dry without manually replacing the device in order to secure the accuracy and repeatability.
-Dry method or wet method test, no need to change the device, just select dry method or wet method in the test software menu, and the function conversion can be quickly realized. Wet Dispersion System
The combination of large-diameter ultrasonic dispersion tank and agitator can fully disperse the sample evenly and quickly, and the peristaltic pump circulates and transports it in a short distance to avoid the stratification of the sample. All pipes are of equal section, equal flow rate, no centrifugal negative pressure zone, less pollution to the sample and easy cleaning. No air bubbles during delivery. The accuracy and repeatability of the instrument test are guaranteed.
It has intelligent functions such as automatic water absorption, automatic centering, automatic testing, automatic cleaning, and ultrasonic anti-dry burning. Fully automatic ultrasonic device and mechanical stirring motor can fully disperse the sample while reducing air bubbles and liquid splashing, ensuring stable and reliable test results.
The standard sample cell with a volume of 500ml is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Built-in automatic suction pump, can automatically feed without manual operation
Water, a water level detector is installed above the sample cell, and the solenoid valve automatically closes when the water level reaches the specified height to ensure the accuracy of each test medium. Dry dispersion system
