Product Description

The whole tube centrifuge adopts front-opening door structure, swing structure and box structure centrifuge. The clean inner and outer lined with stainless steel (304), beautiful appearance; the part of the contact material is made of 316 stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali and high temperature. , Electronically controlled multi-function panel touch screen, real-time monitoring of speed, bearing temperature, overspeed, door opening protection, and cavity cooling temperature, which can be configured according to customer needs, and the control system is perfect.

Centrifuge design and manufacturing, inspection standards

• The machine has a front door structure, a sterile and fully enclosed form, which is convenient for unloading and disassembly, and convenient for maintenance and repair;
• The drum and the parts contacting the material are made of 304 stainless steel. The drum processing adopts 7 processes (raw materials require sidewall straightening, rough turning, solid solution, semi-finishing turning, high temperature stabilization, fine turning, dynamic balance), and drum arm welding Seam for X-ray inspection; these procedures must be indispensable and reversed;
• The high-speed bearing adopts the Japanese Seiko NSK brand;
• The transmission belt adopts the Swiss Habasit brand without seams;
• 304 sanitary clamps are used for quick installation at the inlet and outlet;
• The main shaft is subjected to quenching and tempering treatment, magnetic particle inspection treatment, and the material requires 35CrMo forging processing, and fine grinding after rough turning;
