Overview
TBM-48 high-throughput tissue grinder is a new type of product specially designed by our company based on TBM-192 products and according to the requirements of market users. The product adopts a 7-inch large-screen touch screen display, with simple and intuitive parameter settings and stable operation. It is a special device that can meet the needs of multiple samples at the same time for rapid processing in the fields of research institutes, universities, agricultural institutes, biomedicine, and food testing.

The TBM-48 High-Throughput Tissue Grinder can quickly and efficiently grind up to 48 samples simultaneously in 3 minutes. It can be dry milled, wet milled, mixed and homogenized. For the extraction of nucleic acids from large flux samples, grinding efficiency and quality can be greatly improved. High-throughput tissue grinders use a closed disposable centrifuge tube during the grinding process, effectively avoiding sample cross-contamination. By setting the same grinding procedure for the same tissue sample, the same grinding efficiency can be obtained and the repeatability between samples can be improved. Due to grinding using a grinding ball, the grinding of the sample is more uniform and sufficient than the conventional grinding method. High-flux tissue grinders can also be used as homogenizers to quickly disperse samples using stainless steel balls or high-density glass beads or zirconia beads. Sample temperature does not increase during homogenization and the speed can be adjusted.
