This machine is a new generation of automatic melting machine (patented product) developed by our company. This machine adopts an intelligent mechanical linkage system to realize cold-state lofting, automatic sample feeding, automatic melting, automatic reverse molding in the furnace, automatic sampling, and automatic air blowing. Cold and cold sampling makes the whole melting process fully automatic . The whole machine adopts an integrated design. The heating area and the mechanical and electrical control areas are independent of each other, which can effectively avoid the erosion of high temperature and harmful gases on the mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment . Advanced polycrystalline mullite fiber closed furnace, S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple temperature control, silicon carbon rod heating, PID intelligent control + PLC program control + 7-inch color LCD touch screen operating system (two automatic modes and one manual mode, English menu operation) and the default design of common parameters, multiple custom working curves can be widely used in iron and steel, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, chemical industry, geology, ceramics, refractories and other industries.

Furnace part ( polycrystalline mullite fiber closed furnace )
- The furnace adopts an integrated furnace chamber, and the plug-in staggered port technology improves the sealing type and structural strength of the furnace.
- The insulation material layer adopts high-quality polycrystalline mullite fiber refractory material to make the equipment have better insulation performance, more energy saving and longer service life
- The high-temperature-resistant bracket is made of high-temperature ceramic material, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, good thermal shock resistance , and long service life. Its service life is much longer than that of metal material brackets.
The central control part
- The central control part of the instrument is PID intelligent control + PLC program control + 7-inch color LCD touch screen operating system. The control interface is a 7-inch LCD screen, which is easy to operate. The instrument is energy-saving, low-consumption, and has a high degree of automation without radiation.
- The instrument implements the swinging and mold-reversing mechanism, which is controlled by a frequency converter and a PLC to work with a stepping motor, making each action more accurate and reliable. Due to the use of PLC, the complexity of the circuit and the failure rate of electrical components are greatly reduced, thereby ensuring the stable swing of the bracket. The frequency and angle of the bracket swing can be adjusted, which can achieve high-quality fusion samples of various materials at different temperatures, and meet the analysis requirements of various industries.
Instrument protection measures

- The instrument is equipped with multi-level protection measures: the first level is software protection mode, and the central control unit will turn off the output when the furnace temperature exceeds the specified upper limit. In the case of software failure or crash, the main circuit can also be disconnected to protect the safety of the instrument.
